History of Weinman and Airline Hydraulics
In 2002, as part of an asset purchase agreement, Airline Hydraulics acquired the services of the key personnel at Weinman Pump and Supply in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and New York State. As a result, Bosch Rexroth and other manufacturers named Airline as their distributor in this marketplace adding approximately $5 million in annual revenues. Airline Hydraulics now can provide a more ellaborate roll in providing fluid power and automation parts and services to Weinman's customers.
Weinman Pump and Supply Company was a distributor of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Components who also designed and built Hydraulic and Pneumatic Motion Control Systems. Airline's aquistion of Weinman is an expansion of territory of the same marketplace. Airline offers all of the same services and now brings to the table a more diverse product line.
