Quick Couplings

Our quick couplings are available in over 6,000 configurations. They are available in brass, stainless steel, steel, plastic, and in a wide range of sizes. We provide quick couplings to meet the needs of every industry.
Tuthill Ring Lock Quick Disconnect
Push Button Coupling

This Industrial Interchange push-button safety one-way coupling is designed for use with compressed air. The light weight, compact ergonomic design is safe and easy to connect and disconnect. The two-step disconnect procedure shuts off air supply and releases downstream air pressure before the plug can be removed from the socket, thus preventing hose whip. The socket uses Series 3000 plugs.

The ISO 6150B profile meets the requirements of safety Standard ISO 4414 and the profile of the plug complies with Standard ISO 6150 series B. The ISO 6150C profile meets the requirements of safety Standard ISO 4414 and the profile of the plug complies with Standard ISO 6150 series C.

Connection is complete after a one-handed straight push of the plug into the socket.
Flat Faced Couplings

This Two-Way Coupling is a flat face, dry break (minimum spill), hydraulic device that meets or exceeds the ISO 16028 standard. The flat face coupling is ideal for applications where hydraulic spillage is a concern and interchangeability with other manufacturers is important. The device has a standard sleeve lock feature to prevent accidental disconnection and an easy, push-to-connect design. It operates at a 5075 psi maximum operating pressure and has excellent mechanical performance. Dust caps and dust plugs are available accessories.

Color coded identification rings are also available to prevent the cross contamination of lines.
Screw Couplings

This heavy-duty two-way wing nut coupling is designed for use in hydraulic lines where dry break and minimum air inclusion are required. Ideal uses include: hydraulic dump trucks, oil field equipment, spreading equipment and applications requiring the ability to connect and/or disconnect under pressure. Features also include a non-spill double shut-off with minimum air inclusion and a corrosion resistant brass body. The plugs can be bulkhead mounted and also interchanges with other manufacturers' couplings. Dust caps, dust plugs and bulkhead mounting flanges are available accessories.
Manual Couplings

This Quick-Connect One-Way Coupling is designed for applications where non-interchange with other couplings is a requirement. This manually operated devise features a ball lock and has a non-interchangeable design that prevents crossing of lines. Dust caps and dust plugs are available.
