Oil Sample Analysis
Nearly 85% of hydraulic component failures result from contaminated oil!
Our service professionals will work with you to analyze component or system oil samples with manufacturer’s recommendations for ISO cleanliness levels. In many cases, we offer a FREE laboratory oil analysis to inform you of the potential for future problems with your hydraulic system.


Fluid Service Program

The presence of water in hydraulic oil reduces the life of costly hydraulic components. We now have a Hydac FAM unit which we offer as a rental (purchasing options available) for removing water, gases and dirt from hydraulic power unit reservoirs.      Airline's Repair Group provides complete hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication component repair. Our factory-trained bench mechanics have years of experience repairing and evaluating fluid power equipment and continually broaden their expertise by attending training courses and seminars.

     Airline uses authentic factory parts so that our repair will replicate the performance of your original unit. Utilizing our test bench, we will test your unit to full flow and max pressure to make certain your component will work correctly the first time it is reinstalled. Our 1 year repair guarantee assures your complete satisfaction.
     Airline is committed to treat your emergency as if it were ours. For your convenience, our fleet of Repair/Service vans can pick up your repair item, or we can schedule a regular pick up date for plants with a large volume of repairs.

5:30 PM to 7:00 AM   Monday thru Friday and Saturday $135.00/hour
Sundays        $180.00/hour
