| Linear Modules
With our Industry Leading PC based controls, our customers have asked for more arm solutions so that they can use 1 core controller with many different arm types for their factories. Adding EPSON EZ modules was the natural next step. Combined with the EPSON RC+ PC Based Controller, EPSON EZ modules are the ultimate in ease of use but at the same time our high performance servo system helps drive EZ modules to maximum speeds, maximum throughput and the overall maximum performance possible. With 1, 2, 3 and 4 axis solutions we have the simple or sophisticated configuration available to fit your specific requirements. Our RC520 PC Based Controller is capable of controlling up to 12 EZ module Axes so it's easy to begin imagining the vast possibilities.
Standard sizes are available from 400-1000mm for the 1st Axis, and 350-750mm for Axis #2 with 200-400mm strokes available for the Z axis (Axis #3). If these sizes don't fit your needs be sure to ask us about the size requirements for your specific application. Add to that payloads of up to 80Kg for single axes, 25Kg for 2 axis configurations, 15Kg for 3 axis configurations, and 10Kg for 4 Axis configurations and you've got a robust solution which also has the speed and controls capabilities to take on even the most challenging of applications. EPSON EZ Modules are already taking off with factories all over North America. Let us help you solve your manufacturing problems with the ultimate solution in flexibility combined with the power of PC based controls. Take a look at our new EZ Modules product line or better yet give us a call and we'll be glad to review how our new EZ Modules Modular Axes can help with your specific automation task.

| 6-Axis Robots
The EPSON Pro Six family of 6-axis robots provide superior performance along with our industry leading PC based controls. Whether you are looking for high speed, low vibration, higher payloads, more reach, or robots for special environment use, EPSON has the Pro Six model to fit your application requirements. The rigid arm designs combined with advanced EPSON servo control technology results in high speed motion and low vibration even when high precision high speed cycles are required. All Pro Six 6-Axis robots feature brakes on all axes and most models have the flexibility of being mounted in table top, wall or ceiling configurations.
The EPSON Pro Six 6-axis robots use the same industry leading EPSON RC520 PC based controller that controls our popular E2 Series Robots (SCARA) and EPSON EZ Modules (Linear Modules) thus allowing customers to take advantage of one controls solution for their entire factory. Plus, EPSON RC+ is extremely easy to learn and use due to the intuitive design and multitude of time saving features and capabilities. The power and flexibility of the EPSON RC520 PC based controller also reduces workcell integration by providing all the functionality normally required for a typical robot workcell in one compact package.
EPSON Pro Six Robots are ideal for applications where 6 axis dexterity is required such as: small parts assembly, dispensing, lab automation, machine tending, material handling, medical device manufacturing, packaging, food handling and many other applications requiring speed, precision and/or smooth motion.

| Vision Systems
Like modern robots, machine vision is a technology that has also benefited greatly by the advances in computer hardware and software. Linking robots and vision systems together, gives users the ability to inspect a workpiece and guide the robot based on the machine vision feedback. Rather than re-inventing existing technology, EPSON's philosophy is to make use of "Best in Class" automation solutions. Our challenge is then to integrate them with our robots in a seamless and easy to use fashion. Vision Guide 4.0 is EPSON's state-of-the-art solution for robot guidance and inspection.
Vision Guide 4.0 makes use of the Matrox Vision Tools along with some of our own as well. The heart of Vision Guide comes from a combination of Matrox Vision Tools along with some additional Vision Tools from EPSON. These powerful tools were then packaged within EPSON RC+ with a unique graphical based programming environment that makes the tools both easy to learn and easy to use. In fact our typical applications take days vs. the weeks normally required to develop similar applications.
