| Hydraulic Hose, Tube and Pipe Cleaning Systems
At Ultra Clean Technologies we specialize in contamination removal for your hose, tube and pipe applications. Our method of contamination removal is easy, fast, inexpensive, and extremely effective when compared to other methods.
We manufacture 5 different pneumatic launchers for your contamination removal requirements. They range from the very inexpensive economy launcher for the occasional user to our state of the art Bench Mount systems for OEM production cleaning requirements. The current size range for our launchers is from 1/8" I.D. to 3-1/2" I.D.
We offer a large variety of nozzles that will make an air-tight seal against your hose, tube or pipe application. Stock nozzles are made from acetyl plastic in sizes from 1/8" through 3-1/2". A sampling of the end connections that we can mate to include, Pipe, Hose, Tube, JIC, BSPP, Flat Face O-Ring, Cam & Groove, Metrics, etc. We can also make our nozzles in a variety of material to suit your special application requirements. Special nozzles for special applications are also available upon request. Please see our "Application Identification Form" listed under Applications. This form can be faxed or e-mailed to us with your application requirements. We will then have the appropriate information to design a custom system for your contamination removal requirements.
Our Ultra Clean Projectiles are only made from Virgin materials. This ensures a quality product to our own stringent requirements. We offer 3 types of Ultra Clean Projectiles for contamination removal. They include "Ultra Clean" which is our most popular for hose, tube and pipe applications. "Ultra Clean Abrasive" for light rust and scale. "Ultra Clean Grinding" for heavier rust and scale applications in tube and pipe. Our current size range is from 2mm to 150mm, which will handle your applications from 1/8" through 6" I.D. Special size projectiles are also available for your applications.
