Series NCM stainless steel cylinder offers space savings, high performance, and interchangeability with other stainless steel cylinders. A wear ring extends the seal life and a bronze rod bushing is standard on all bore sizes. The NCM is available in 4 mounting styles (front nose, double end, rear pivot, and block mount) as well as double rod and spring return or spring extend models. The NCM is auto-switch capable without any change in cylinder dimension. Bore sizes range from 7/16" to 2" and standard strokes from 1/2" to 12".
Series NCJ2 miniature cylinders available in spring return, spring extend, or double acting all offer stainless steel tubing and stainless steel rods. Available in bore sizes 6, 10, 16mm and standard stroke lengths up to 8". Basic, foot, front flange and double rear clevis mounting options. Auto-switch capable. Other features include non-rotating, double rod, rubber bumpers and a stainless steel body.
Series CM2-Z stainless steel cylinders are compact, lightweight and offer high performance. The piston seal and rod seal design provides excellent life. Transparent auto switch bracket provides visibility of the status of the switch. The CM2-Z series delivers extra flexibility including the option of male and female rods. Where space is at a premium, you can select a female rod end (up to 29 mm shorter) and/or boss-cut type (up to 16 mm shorter). Rubber bumpers are standard. The CM2-Z series offers a variety of mounting options.
Series CJ2-Z stainless steel tube, air cylinders are available in 10 and 16mm bore sizes with stroke lengths from 15mm to 200mm. Available in 7 mounting types for versatility. Auto switches are available in band and rail mounting types. The CJ2-Z switch bracket is transparent to improve visibility of the indicator LED. Pivot and rod end brackets can be ordered with the cylinder under one part number.
Series JCM double acting, single rod, stainless steel tube cylinders are compact, and lightweight. The JCM series delivers extra flexibiity including the option of male and female rods.
