Bosch Rexroth A4VBO Axial Piston Variable Pump

Contact us to learn more or purchase this configurable product

This pump series is ideally suited for those in need of a hydraulic pump capable of producing extremely high pressures, absent of the noise, stability, reliability, and control issues associated with other high pressure hydraulic pumps on the market. The A4VBO high pressure pump has a nominal pressure rating of 6525 psi (450 bar) and a maximum pressure rating of 7250 psi (500 bar). The A4VBO series is sized according to pump displacement (cm3) per revolution with 71cc (4.33in3), 125cc (7.63 in3), 250cc (15.26in3), and 450cc (27.46in3) representing the current sizes offered.

The A4VBO can be used in both open loop or closed loop control systems. In applications demanding closed loop control, pair the A4VBO high pressure hydraulic pump with other Bosch Rexroth pump control products to achieve superior performance through precise output pressure and flow controls. Additional pump control packages are offered by Bosch Rexroth to reduce overall energy consumption, and increase energy efficiency without sacrificing the power output capacity of the A4VBO high pressure hydraulic pump.

The A4VBO series can be configured with a through drive mounting arrangement to accommodate the coupling of a second hydraulic pump to the A4VBO pump, when a secondary source of hydraulic pressure and flow are required.
