IZT44 Slim Remote Bar Ionizer, Simple Operation, Integrated Power Supply and Controller​ ​

The IZT44 slim remote bar ionizer is an industrial static control solution.  This slim bar ionizer generates a curtain of static eliminating ions without an air purge.  Eliminating the air purge enables the bar to have a 60% smaller profile, for installations with the tightest clearances.  The energy cost of compressed air is saved, and no delivery infrastructure is required.  Further, static can be neutralized without disrupting lightweight or delicate materials.  Bars have 6X the number of emitters compared to the air purge models, leading to 60% faster static discharge times.  The IZT44 includes a separate integrated high voltage power supply and control module that can be mounted in a workstation away from the treatment area for easier access and observation during operation.  The ionizer operates as soon as power is supplied, without any required settings.  One controller can operate one bar, or two bars when using a branched cable.​
