IZT45 Slim Remote Bar Ionizer, Multi-function, Separated Power Supply and Controller

The IZT45 slim remote bar ionizer is an industrial static control solution.  This slim bar ionizer generates a curtain of static eliminating ions without an air purge.  Eliminating the air purge enables the bar to have a 60% smaller profile, for installations with the tightest clearances.  The energy cost of compressed air is saved, and no delivery infrastructure is required.  Further, static can be neutralized without disrupting lightweight or delicate materials.  Bars have 6X the number of emitters compared to the air purge models, leading to 60% faster static discharge times.  The IZT45 includes separate high voltage power supply and controller modules that can be mounted in a workstation away from the treatment area for easier access and observation during operation.  The controller module offers expanded functionality and multi-channel capability.​
