LE2FS, High Performance Slider, Ball Screw Drive, for Manifold Controller

LE2FS is a ballscrew slider with a high performance motor and batteryless absolute encoder that is compatible with the JXD1-M manifold controller. Up to 16 axes can be connected.  LE2FS differs from LEFS by having a different cable connector and no compatibility with JXC controllers.  LE2FS also offers a low speed ballscrew on all sizes.  LE2FS offers a range of pushing forces not previously specified for an LEFS slider.  LE2FS consumes less power while delivering equivalent or improved performance. The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying the part number.

LE2FB, High Performance Slider, Belt Drive, for Manifold Controller

LE2FB is a belt driven slider with a high performance motor and batteryless absolute encoder that is compatible with the JXD1-M manifold controller. LE2FB differs from LEFB by having a different cable connector and no compatibility with JXC controllers.  The belt drive allows higher speeds and longer strokes compared to the LE2FS ballscrew type.  This slider also consumes less power than earlier LEFB versions. The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The manifold can operate up to 16 axes. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying the part number.

LE2Y is a rod actuator with a high performance motor and batteryless absolute encoder that is compatible with the JXD1-M manifold controller. Up to 16 axes can be connected.  LE2Y differs from LEY by having a different cable connector and no compatibility with JXC controllers. LE2Y also offers a high speed ballscrew lead on sizes 25 and 32. LE2Y16 improves work load ratings and pushing force versus LEY16G. Each LE2Y size also consumes less power while delivering equivalent or improved performance.  The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying the part number.

LE2YG, High Performance Guide Rod for Manifold Controller

LE2YG guide rod actuator pairs an LE2Y actuator with a bolt-on bearing block with double guide rods. Guide selection offers either slide or ball bushing bearings. The motor is upgraded with higher performance and a batteryless absolute encoder. Work load ratings, pushing force, speed, acceleration and power consumption are improved. Motor orientation can be reverse mounted on top for compact length, or inline for compact height. A high speed ballscrew lead is available on sizes 25 and 32. LE2 actuators are compatible with the JXC1-M manifold controller, with a different cable connector and no compatibility with JXC controllers. The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying the part number.

LE2R Rotary Table, for Manifold Controller

The LE2R has a rotating worktable positioned above an enclosure housing a high performance 24VDC motor with batteryless absolute encoder and drive train. This actuator is compatible with the JXD1-M manifold controller. Up to 16 axes can be connected. The LE2R differs from the LER by having a different cable connector and no compatibility with JXC controllers. The higher performance motor offers 40% increased angular speed and 100% more torque compared to LER.Both a basic and high torque variation are offered. Three rotation angles are also available, including 320°, 90° or 180°. The JXD1-M manifold controller can detect the actuator type, size and stroke when connected. The controller and cables are ordered separately, simplifying the part number.
